INTERIM SERVICE / 12 months or 10,000 miles
Replacement of engine oil, oil filter, and sump plug using only top-quality oil sourced directly from main dealers. A full visual inspection of the engine bay and exterior of the vehicle is carried out. All essential fluids are checked and topped up where needed. We also inspect lights, wiper blades, brakes, and all tyres—including the spare—for damage, pressure, and tread depth. Additional checks include all drive belts, the fuel system and associated pipework, the cooling system (including fan operation), wheel bearings, suspension components (shocks, springs, joints, mounts, and bushings), drive shafts and boots, brake lines (both rigid and flexible), a quick assessment of wheel alignment, the exhaust system, and seatbelts.
A diagnostic scan is performed using Ross Tech VAG-COM, followed by resetting the service indicator, a road test, and a complimentary service wash.
FULL SERVICE / 24 months or 20,000 miles
This service includes all the tasks covered in our Interim Service, plus the following additions:
Replacement of the air filter, spark plugs for petrol engines, and the fuel filter for diesel vehicles. We lubricate all moving components such as doors, hinges, locks, catches, and the gear linkage. Additional checks include assessing the condition of the brake fluid and antifreeze, verifying gear oil and differential oil levels (where accessible), and testing the operation of all controls and switches. We also adjust the handbrake when possible and inspect the air-conditioning system along with the pollen filter.
